SHIPPING METHODS AND EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

  1. 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time is cut off for same day shipment processing time.  If after 8:00 AM all packages will be processed for shipment the following business day.
  2. Free Shipping and/or USPS First Class Parcel is 3-5 business days actual shipping time (in addition to processing time).
  3. USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days actual shipping time  (in addition to processing time).

A few exceptions "The Fine Print":

For our protection in managing such a strong return policy, we have to include these necessary terms: qualification for free returns is at Got Pride!'s management sole discretion.  

Free returns are only for orders through got-pride.com.  If you purchased from our authorized resellers, please return item to the reseller.  Items marked down, on sale or discounted more than 25% of the current full list price do not qualify for free returns.  Free returns are only offered within the 7 days following the tracked delivery date.  The return label will be expected to be used within 5 days of date of issue.  If shipped late, expect the cost of the return label to be deducted from your refund.

You can request a return RMA and a return label anytime within 30 days after tracked delivery date. Traceable return shipping is at your expense after day 7 and will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

All items returned will be inspected and evaluated for condition and return reason given.  Refunds are based on the condition of the return.  Be advised to receive a full refund depends on several factors (reason for return, condition of the return and if qualifying for free return shipping).

UNDELIVERED or DELIVERY DAMAGE CLAIMS

We make every effort to ensure our orders are delivered to your address and delivered undamaged.  All deliveries will be packaged safely and have tracking.  Once the item states it has been delivered via the carriers tracking, completes the transaction.  Please ensure you are using a safe, theft-free delivery address.  If theft occurs, contact your local carrier and/or police and file a report.  Security at your location is not our responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES and/or FEES

Most items we sell are considered gifts or customs duty free, but there is no guarantee that your country will not charge duties fees or taxes on your order when shipped from the USA.  It is up to you to determine if any extra fees are imposed by your country.  If you refuse to pay the fees and the item is disposed of or is returned a refund for the actual shipping and return of the item (UP TO FULL VALUE OF YOUR ORDER) will be deducted from your refund.

 

YIKES, that is a lot of fine print sounds tricky and strict!  Aside from the legal jargon, just know if you are not trying to abuse our return policy we'll make our best effort to help you out!
